Inspired Her

Talk & Exhibition

Organised by the Australia Women and Children Protection and Development (AWCPD) and the Creative Asia Foundation (CAF), and proudly supported by the Victorian State Government, World Trade Centre, Artspie, and Asia Media, the Inspired Her Talk & Exhibition aims to celebrate and amplify women’s voices through artistic expression. This initiative invites artists to honour personal stories, cultural heritage, social issues, and emotional landscapes unique to womanhood. It seeks to foster dialogue, inspire connection, and empower women’s perspectives within the community and beyond.

23 August 2025 - Opening Night

23 - 30 August 2025 - Exhibition Dates

@ Creative Asia Art Centre

Beyond celebrating romantic legends during Double Seventh (Qixi) Festival, we now turn our gaze to the power of her—women who persist in silence, create in the mundane, and amplify their voices from within the cultural tapestry.

NAMING · ILLUMINATION · RESONANCE

Naming

— Establishing her identities —
On this stage, each artist shines as an independent force. Through this exhibition, they carve their names into the journey of art, marking their creative legacy.

Illumination

— Illuminating her power —

Art is a lighthouse guiding growth. This exhibition will showcase how women navigate complex identities, transforming culture, memory, and experience into works that shine their unique light.

Resonance

— Awakening her echoes —

Beyond individual expression, this is a collective response. The exhibition amplifies women’s voices, resonates with audiences, and forges art into a bridge for understanding, connection, and empowerment.
